Because he raped his daughters

A former South Dakota lawmaker convicted of raping his two foster daughters has sent news organizations what he claims is a copyright notice that seeks to prevent the use of his name without his consent.A letter and an accompanying document labeled ”Common Law Copyright Notice” said former state Rep. Ted Alvin Klaudt is reserving a common-law copyright of a trade name or trademark for his name. It said no one can use his name without his consent, and anyone who does would owe him $500,000.

Klaudt was convicted in 2007 on four counts of second-degree rape for touching his teenage foster daughters’ breasts and genitals in phony examinations he said could help them sell their eggs to infertile couples. He was sentenced to 44 years in prison for rape and 10 more years after pleading guilty to two counts of witness tampering.

Apparently that won’t keep your name out of the presses Ted Alvin Klaudt.

I would love to see an up and down vote on the war! It won’t happen though, these people want to get re-elected. Go Dennis! “Peace is inevitable if you tell the truth.” That is some powerful stuff and he’s pretty close to dead on here.

Saying “You People” to a black person never goes over well.

He failed to hit Palin, but managed to hit a police officer. We may have doubts about her ability to govern, but then again, she’s not governing anything right now. She got bored and quit.

Apparently finding out the truth is dangerous. We are supposed to be under a more open and transparent government with Obama in charge, aren’t we?

Concerned about the release of 500,000 intercepted pager messages from Sept. 11, 2001, Rep. Peter King said he plans to have his Washington staff begin a preliminary investigation.

The messages were compiled by the Web site WikiLeaks.org, a worldwide group that acquires information and releases it to the public. The Web site said the archives of pager messages were released to help “lead to a nuanced understanding of how this event led to death, opportunism and war.”

I guess thats one way to completely silence someone you disagree with….
